CTO — фото

Your personal CTO for your business

CTO focused on managed delivery, architecture, and crisis releases. I embed into existing teams, put processes and metrics in order, design architectural solutions, and launch regular “on-schedule” releases. Experience — 20+ years in large companies and systems integration, alongside launching and scaling products as a founder/tech lead. I work globally, under NDA.

In the last year — 6 MVPs from scratch, active practice in AI (generation/search/analytics), modeling of tech processes, and building T+1 reporting for leadership. I led distributed teams (architects, developers, analysts, QA, DevOps), launched POS/vendor solutions, self-service, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms; earlier I built a low/no-code platform and ran enterprise implementations.

  • no rewriting from scratch
15-minute review

Quality issues

I stabilize critical areas and bring order to requirements, architecture, and testing.

  • critical bug stoplist
  • code review/CI/CD standards
  • transparent monitoring and alerts
Fix quality

Fast MVP (from 4 weeks)

We deliver an MVP in 4–8 weeks to first users and payments. I lead personally; bring in my team if needed.

  • fixed MVP scope
  • focus on first paying users
  • handover to your operations
Discuss MVP

Turnkey projects

We take the project end to end — from requirements and architecture to release and support. In parallel with your backlog.

How we work — clear and on time

Days 0–2 — Situation review

  • Short interviews + access to materials.

Sync and improvements (as needed)

Team rhythms

Join/lead: daily, planning, review, retro.

Retro without blame: lower tension, fix 1–2 improvements for the next sprint.

Moderate tough topics, resolve conflicts, keep a healthy pace without overtime.

Management and reinforcement

Monthly meeting (30–45 min): period results and impact on key metrics.

Update roadmap and priorities.

Selected projects available under NDA

Milolepo.com

Milolepo became Serbia’s largest online platform for buying and selling handmade goods, uniting thousands of sellers and tens of thousands of buyers. We built the platform end to end: scalable architecture, AI-based search, and convenient analytics tools for sellers. For the business — a sustainable revenue channel; for users — a modern, transparent way to monetize their crafts.

B2BForce

B2BForce is an AI-assisted platform for automating LinkedIn lead generation: from launching campaigns to handling conversations and pipeline management. It lets you set a target audience in minutes, personalize message sequences with an AI assistant, safely automate invites, and manage dialogs via a built-in CRM. The system scales without increasing headcount, integrates with external CRMs, and boosts leads and sales through speed and quality of handling.

Digital Twins (production processes)

We built a digital simulation system for production lines that lets managers make decisions before investing in equipment or staff. The model simulates each operation, finds bottlenecks, calculates optimal utilization for people and machines, and proposes scenarios to increase output and reduce unit costs. The rollout delivered up to an 18% output increase without extra investment and gave leadership solid data instead of guesswork.

Self-service laundry

For a self-service laundry network we built a mobile app that changes the customer experience: users book washing and drying machines, pay online, track progress in real time, and control equipment from a smartphone. This raised service level and loyalty, reduced staff load, and ensured transparent accounting. For the owner — a scalable model that increases turnover and competitiveness with technology.

We bring a crisis release within up to 60 days with weekly deliveries.
Yes. I embed into your team, run dailies, planning, reviews, and retros, and keep releases on schedule.

Yes, adapted. Short cycles give transparency, predictability, and quick demos. At the end of each sprint — a short demo and status with clear progress and release date.
Usually 1 to 6 months, depending on scope. Short formats are possible: 10-day audit, MVP launch.
Weekly — 1 slide (done, % of plan, new release date, risks/next steps) and a sprint-end demo. If needed — a short video digest.
You do. Code and docs live in your repos/accounts; rights are yours. We do full handover.
NDA, least-privilege access, access logging, separate environments, and secret storage.
Fixed price for audit/typical MVP. Then — by sprints/results (time & materials with transparent reports). No budget “surprises.”
Stop-lever. If value isn’t confirmed within 2 weeks, we rebuild the plan or stop without penalties for future iterations.
Yes. We align processes, agree on interfaces, and take on coordination.
We’ll help. We’ll structure goals, model the process, and prioritize the backlog for fastest impact.
Audit + tuning. Typically we reduce 15–30% through architecture, plans, and automation.
A product/project owner, 2–3 hours per week for quick decisions, “read/test only” access, and a technical contact.
Documentation, procedures, a trained team, regular on-schedule releases. If you want, we stay for light support/coaching.
